Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
At Tughra Arts, we strive to provide high-quality home and décor products to our customers. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Policy
You can request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
Certain items, such as customized or personalized products, designer tables, and handmade paintings, are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged during transit.
To initiate a return, please email us at tughraarts@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 97733 00661 with your order details and the reason for the return.
Important: You must provide an unboxing video and clear images of the received product to process your return request.
Once approved, we will arrange for the item to be picked up.
2. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
Return pickup courier charges will be deducted from your refund for every return order (charges vary based on the product's weight and size, approximately ₹300 to ₹2000).
If the payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed via bank transfer.

3. Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we offer a free exchange for the same product.
4. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange for a different product, you will need to pay the additional charges based on product size, color, as well as return pickup charges.
You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting images.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, you may opt for a refund or choose another product of equal value.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Designer tables, customized/personalized products (e.g., engraved or name-printed)
Items that have been used, washed, or altered
Clearance or sale items (unless damaged upon arrival)
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be requested within 4 hours of placing the order. Cancellations beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.
If requested after 4 hours but before dispatch, a 20% deduction of the order value will be applied as a return shipping cost, along with a 3% payment gateway/transaction charge for prepaid orders.
Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

7. Custom Product Orders
Custom products are created specifically on request and are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-exchangeable.
COD is not applicable for custom orders.
These orders can only be replaced if you receive an incorrect or damaged product. Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
8. Issues with Received Products
Wrong Item / Damaged Product / Incorrect Size / Incomplete Product / Manufacturing Defect:
If your order meets any of the above conditions, we will gladly replace the item.
You must WhatsApp us within 48 hours of receiving the item and send an unboxing video and images.
The return item must be securely packed to prevent further damage during transit.
Returned products will undergo quality checks. If the defect is found to be due to misuse or mishandling, the request may be rejected.
All original tags, barcodes, manuals, warranty cards, and invoices must be included in the return.
In case of incomplete items, missing parts will be shipped after verification.
9. Change of Mind or Dislike
If you:
Didn't like the product or its quality
Found the size unsuitable
Changed your mind or no longer need it
Note:
As these are art products, there may be slight variations in appearance.
Color differences may occur due to screen display.
Handmade paintings may have minor natural inconsistencies.
Return Conditions:
Product must be in its original packaging and include all tags, barcodes, manuals, and invoices.
Return must be securely packed.
We will verify the product's condition. If not in original condition, the return will be rejected and shipped back to you.
Customer is responsible for any damage during re-shipment.
⚠️ If the returned product is damaged or not received safely, no refund will be issued.
10. Refund Process
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after you provide your account details.
COD charges and return courier fees are non-refundable.
Refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect, depending on your bank.
