Shipping Rates

For both prepaid and COD orders, we offer free shipping across India.
There are no additional shipping or handling charges applied at checkout.

Order Processing Time

  • The time taken to dispatch an order depends on the type and quantity of the product.

  • Large quantities or bulk/custom orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you once the order is confirmed.

  • General processing time for standard products like Wall Art, Wall Clocks, and non-handmade Paintings is 1 to 2 working days.

🕐 Our business days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Shipping Time

  • For most serviceable pin codes, we aim to deliver your order within 8 days from the date of dispatch.

  • However, due to unforeseen situations such as:

    • Adverse weather conditions

    • Courier delays or strikes

    • Remote delivery locations

    • Stocking or production issues

    • Any other unexpected events
      ...delivery may take longer than usual.

You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS as soon as your order is handed over to our delivery partner, so you can track your shipment at every stage.
